Snatch Variations

Being powerful in different planes of motion?
Generating power and produce movement in different planes of motion is what real functionality means.⠀ This can be easily translated into every area of life especially in sports environments. These DVRT Snatch exercises teach our body to train smart and perform better in real life too.⠀This dynamic Lateral Bag Drag meant to activate the body’s natural chains, brace the core, open up the hips and provide greater thoracic mobility. What else do you need to get ready for working out?

Sheena's Circuit

I’m very happy with Sheena’s progress who initially signed up for a month only and currently she’s 3 months in doing training sessions with me. She is now feel better about herself and see her body transforming and able to wear clothes that she wasn’t able to do before. She also managed to do a crow pose in her yoga routine which she couldn’t do it for years. I love seeing how @sheena_egby progressed in only a few months. She is now much stronger and able to do more complex movements than ever before with decent load.⠀ Today, she was doing a tough 20/40 workout with 5 different exercises and managed to challenged her limits on most movements I believe.⠀

Cath's Workout

Outdoor training with Cath using the #dvrt system to get real life strong. What does it mean?
It just simply means that you can enjoy any activities that you put your mind to. We don’t train to look good. That is just happens as a `side effect`. Of course everyone wants to feel toned and good about themselves.⠀ However using the DVRT system allows us to focus on human movement and find the weakest link in the chain and correct it while building muscle and strength at the same time. So that you can become injury free.⠀ Cath is a busy mum of two teen sons and been training with me several months now. ⠀ She said to me recently, `I don’t remember the last time I had back pain`. This is the kind of feedback I like to hear.⠀

Lin's Crossover DL to Rotational Press

Lin’s been training with me for almost a year now and she got so much stronger and fitter. She’s able to do the most complex DVRT variations with such an ease. Like the Crossover DL to Clean to Rotational Press. I love that she’s always open for a new challenge and complete that with elegance.⠀
