Whether you’re an earl bird or a night owl we all need to start our day at some point.
We all do it differently. There’s no right or wrong.

With this email I just like to give you some ideas which way to go.
It’s all on you and on your daily habits and circumstances how and when do you start your morning.

I’m going to share my morning routine with you,
and you will also find a link to see how some successful people start their day.

I personally believe in preparation, so normally I prepare my breakfast and lunch the night before.

Upon wakening I start my day with cold shower (as discussed last week) and immediately followed by a turmeric ginger tea with some lemon, honey, apple cider vinegar and a pinch of himalayan salt.
This tea is an excellent way too boost my metabolism in the morning. It simply feels good!
After my tea I meditate for 10-15 mins. I normally use Headspace, which is a guided meditation app for a quiet mind.

After all I have my breakfast then I head to work.

Building small habits lead to the ultimate change that we want to see in ourselves.
Whether is it weight loss or just having more time to stretch or simply just being on the top of our game.

For changing my perspective I’ve started to write a gratitude journal.
It’s simple and effective.
Every evening I write 3 things in my notebook that I’m grateful for that day.
This could be anything, the sun that shines through the window or a chat with the neighbor or something positive that I experienced that day.

This is a game changer for me. It just shifts my mindset to focus on the positive only.
