I truly believe that women deserve much better.

What I mean is that women are told to only do cardio and need to spend hours in the gym to get results and to restrict their calories to lose weight.
My favorite one is that they are only good enough if they’re slim.

I feel like that us fitness professionals need to educate people and especially empower women about how to exercise correctly, eat and enjoy nutritious food without starving to death and not give a shit about what other people think/say or the media try to force the way women supposed to look. Because all women are beautiful regardless of shape and size and color.

With that said women need clever training to train their core and not only do sit ups and crunches to feel the burn. Core exercises are meant to support the spine and strengthening the pelvic floor too.
Strength training is crucial especially as we’re getting older, so doing cardio is great, spending some time outdoors exercising is even better, however strength training for women is really important. Yes this means, picking up heavy stuff and doing different functional movements that support our postures and raising the heart rate up too. This is also time efficient training so don’t have to spend hours in the gym.
