1) In 3 sentences or less, can you describe any reservation you had before we started working together?
I had an accident last November and broke the metatarsals in my left foot, which led to complications with my achilles tendon. It took longer than expected to repair and I was at a loss to be able to train so I had no reservations about booking and working with Greg to get back to full capacity.

2) In 3 sentences or less, can you explain how I was able to help you with your goals?
Greg listened and understood what I wanted to achieve from training. He understood how to work with my injuries and worked with me on accountability, consistency and commitment to training, diet and lifestyle. His patience, determination not just to personal training but holistic approach to helping me achieve the end-result was all encompassing and achieved the desired results.

3) Can you describe 1 or 2 goals when you started?
My first goal was to get my foot and lower leg working correctly without pain. The second was to lose the excess weight of 12.7kg (28 pounds) that I had gained during the 16 weeks off from training! The longer- term goal was to get back to full fitness and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.

4) In point form, can you list your achievements with training so far?
- I lost 34 pound in total (15.4 kg) and two dress sizes – its staying off
- I have no pain with my foot and able to walk without limping (even in heels!)
- Introduced clean eating, fasting and cut out alcohol without feeling deprived
- Train consistently 4 times a week and commit to the goals every month with Greg

5) Is there anything else that you'd like to add or you want to achieve?
I think if you want to reach your goals then you must be open to making changes in all areas of your lifestyle. As soon as I committed to training, eating well and being accountable the goals happened.

1) In 3 sentences or less, can you describe any reservation you had before we started working together?
That we would get along. That I wouldn’t see results.

Over time we have systematically worked on areas to improve mobility, strength and balance - it feels like my body is a ‘project’ that is really showing the benefits of my hard work and Greg has a continuous plan for improvement. If I think back to when I started, over 14 months now, and compare my abilities and also my knowledge of the human body - it really is a huge difference. Greg offers a methodology that isn’t just about ‘getting fit’ - the fitness and weight loss are all positive effects of the program. As Greg says to me ‘trust the system and the results will happen’ 🙂

I have to say , just over a year on and reiterate what i said previously ! I am still amazed by, and enjoy the DVRT System using USB's. I'm pleased to say no further "back / sciatica " problems . I feel stronger, healthier, and more flexible in my old age ! Also to thank you personally for your attention to detail , in helping me with my training. I would highly recommend you to anyone regardless of their age or requirements, be it strength, fitness, or injury recovery etc!
