4 Pillars of Unity


It’s probably the most important pillar of all. As they say it’s all in the head. That’s why I decided to invest in my own self-development and create a stronger, more healthier mindset for myself.


We know the importance of exercise for greater results in every aspects of life, however rest and recovery is even greater aspect of a training regime as it allows us to repair and come back even stronger for the next challenges.


Our diet has changed more in the last 50 years than in the previous two thousand years. That’s why I truly believe in a common sense approach when it comes to food. I follow very simple principles and mostly eat earth grown nutrients.


Some form of exercise should be part of all of our lives. I personally believe in training the natural movements of our body in a way that we - as humans - designed to move.
