I know that a lot you struggle to eat healthy because of time and other commitments.
This is fine.
That is why I wanted to share with you all how easy is to prepare healthy meals.
What is it that you actually need and how you can save some time not cooking every day and still enjoying a healthy meal.
All it takes is preparation. And i don’t mean that you need to prepare every single meals that you’re going to have throughout the week.
Let’s take two evenings a week that you dedicate for preparation.
This can be Saturday or Sunday and maybe Wednesday or Thursday.
We normally buy different kind of meats and fish in advance and get them prepared. Add a little bit of seasoning and put them in the oven. 1-2 hours and it’s done.
Usually we like to cook 2-3 different kinds and they will last for 2-3 days.
The same goes for the vegetables, steam or boil some of the green vegetables like broccoli or asparagus. Or get a big bowl of salad prepared.
For side dish I like sweet potato, butternut squash, parsnips or quinoa.
They are all easy to cook.
The rest is just stock up on essentials like eggs, nuts, avocados, green vegetables, side dishes or snacks like some of the paleo bars, dried fruits, berries and seeds.
You don’t need to eat the same meals every day to be healthy.
On the other hand don’t need to spend every evening in the kitchen to cook for next day either.
Finding the way that works for you is absolutely essential. You can’t really avoid eating.
Why not do it in a way that is more sustainable.
