A lot of people come to me to lose weight and feel better. Most of these people have pre-programmed fears about going to gym classes. These fears typically look something like this:

  • “How am I going to keep up?”
  • “I need to diet and suffer to see results.”

Unfortunately, these are recurring themes in many people’s minds. The fitness industry is built on these concepts (and not just the fitness industry—think about fashion, beauty products, cars, etc.). It’s the fear of not being “good enough.”

Companies sell their products based on these concepts, making people feel inadequate so they believe that buying the next shiny object is the key to happiness.

I’ve never been a follower of these ideas because I truly believe there is no magic pill.

  • No shakes that help you lose a lot of weight.
  • No fat burners that turn you into a supermodel.

Instead, we focus on long-term, gradual progress that is healthy and sustainable. We aim to help people enjoy the process—falling in love with exercise and enjoying healthy eating, rather than viewing it as a diet.

This may not be the most popular approach, but it works.

My genuine interest is to help people enjoy exercising, make healthier choices, move pain-free, and enjoy life.
