As most of you know I’m currently on annual leave and started to packing to leave to my home country for 2 weeks.

As I was approaching this holiday I felt stiffer and stiffer every day and even picked up a few injuries along the way. It could be psychological however it is a well overdue holiday and deserved down time when I’m going to focus on resting and recovery.

In the next two weeks I will do a lot more body weight exercises, mobility and yoga.

If you haven’t tried Yoga before and don’t know where to start then this is for you.

Following this link you will find 10-20 mins tailored yoga routines for different needs from stress relieving to sciatica, lower back, improving mood and general well-being or simply starting your day with a 5 mins stretch routine will leave you in a better condition than before.

If you’re on holiday and don’t have access to a gym or just simply want to unwind maybe feeling stiff then it’s a good opportunity to work on your recovery with staying active.
Increasing blood flow and range of motion energize the body and help to speed up the recovery process whilst staying active.

It only takes 10-15 mins a day to build this new habit and feel better about yourself instantly.

Give this a try and let me know how you’re getting on.
