It is so common when people say: ⁣

‘I’m going to start dieting on Monday’⁣

‘I’m going to start exercising on Monday’⁣

Fill in the blank, it could be anything.⁣

There’s something about Mondays.⁣

Mondays have this ‘magical power’. ⁣

I would say, why wait for Monday when we could just get started right now. ⁣Right in this moment. ⁣It is a choice that needs to be made and from there,⁣ just stick to the commitment made before.

Don’t overthink it.⁣

Don’t analyse it.⁣

Just do it!⁣

My favorite one is make it ‘perfect’ before getting started.⁣

You don’t need the perfect meal plan.⁣

You don’t need the perfect equipment.⁣

You don’t need the perfect gym.⁣

You don’t need the perfect workout kit.⁣

All you need is to take the first step.⁣ 

It’s not going to be perfect at all.⁣

But who cares. ⁣

Taking just one step will actually get you closer to your goals.⁣

After that first step, just get prepared.
