I usually like asking people about their health and fitness goals, and today someone articulated his goals so nicely that I have to share this with you
1: I want to increase and maintain flexibility
2: I want to get fitter so I can continue to do the activities I love as I age
3: I want to build more strength and core so as I get older I limit potential injuries
As a by product of these I’m hoping to see some reduction in weight.
I wish everyone were thinking so clearly about their health and fitness goals. What we offer is a long-term solution, not a quick fix.
So, if you want to lose weight quickly without working for it, then we are NOT for you.
BUT,
