I used to do a lot of 1 to 1 training – I was known as the 1 to 1 coach.

It did work for a lot of people.

Yes, they move often and eat healthily but the main thing is how they connect with each other.

The relationships were the biggest thing I was missing in my early days of personal training.

Nowadays, my clients do their training in small groups and just being around other people helps them overcome obstacles and accomplish personal goals faster, whilst sharing the jot of these accomplishments with others.

People feed off of each other and want you to succeed.

So, it isn’t about the training anymore. Yes, we do exercise regularly, with consistency forming habits. But the community makes it special.
