We start our sessions slowly, making sure all clients perfect their form and technique so they can safely progress and get better over time. We’re not in a rush. ๐ข
“I travel a lot and I’m all over the place.”
We have a flexible timetable where clients can change their days and times the way they want to. If they go away for traveling, they won’t lose their sessions; they can make them up later or prior to their travels. โ๏ธ
“What if I have an injury, back, shoulder, or knee problem?”
Most of our clients have some issues; however, we take our time to understand their unique situations and create a training plan for them. Many times, we work with other professionals. During the sessions, we adjust the exercises to the client’s abilities. If we can’t help you, we’ll point you in the right direction. ๐ฉน
“I don’t have time.”
Changing your life requires changing priorities. We coach all clients individually in the 21 Day Challenge to identify areas where we can make the biggest shift in a short period of time. You will only need to commit to 2 hours of training. โฐ
