Not having trained in gyms for a few decades, I had no idea what to expect. Initially wary and wondering if I'd be able to maintain the three week challenge,all my doubts were put to rest as a new found confidence emerged in my ability to train again. I am now appreciating a new all round mind, body strength that I would never have believed possible with only 2 hours training a week. Transformational for sure.

Everyone was really friendly and there was a good selection of times to ensure you can fit training in around other commitments during the week. The 1-2-1 motivational session was really insightful and beneficial too- I would highly recommend the 21 day challenge to anyone unsure about making a commitment and to try this type of training which I’ve found to be much more beneficial and enjoyable than just going to a gym.

The 21 day challenge has definitely delivered! I was previously demotivated and couldn’t find the right approach for me and so I only ever intended to complete the challenge as a kick start to getting motivated and feeling stronger and healthier. I very soon started to feel the benefits and am still there …..and still continuing to feel even better and even stronger as time goes on!

Sessions have been mixed to keep it interesting and tailored to my specific requirements and balanced to match my level of fitness. Like any system, a lot depends on what you put in but with Greg and this system it is easier because of the variety and personal input. Highly recommended!

For the past five years I have been having training with Greg at Training Unity. The classes are a maximum of four people. He is thoughtful and caring. My fitness is maintained and muscle mass and bodily flexibility has been greatly improved. The classes can be tough but they are always fun. I would recommend Greg to anyone who wishes to maintain or improve their strength and fitness.

Greg is a fantastic trainer - well prepared for every session, lots of attention to technique and really pushes us hard. The sessions are varied and actually fun in a gruelling sort of way!! I’d recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger, fitter or just looking for a damn good workout.

Well there is no way I thought I’d be able to do some of these exercises, so thrilled to see my strength growing under Greg’s supervision. Having suffered with many issues be it back, knee, neck….he has such great knowledge and works around them. It’s been a fantastic and fun ( well that may be stretching it!) way to get fitter and stronger. Thoroughly recommend!
