Can you do it all?

Do you have all the time to..

  • Cook
  • Eat Healthy
  • Go to the Gym
  • Socialise
  • Family Time
  • Work
  • Look after Yourself
  • ..and still have fun and enjoy yourself?

If the answer is no, I would address the low hanging fruit. This is most likely to be sleep and nutrition.

Many people would say that “I just can’t get myself to the gym” or “I need some motivation”.

Here’s the thing: There’s no such thing as a motivational problem. It’s always an energy problem.

Energy = Sleeping, Eating and Moving

Once you get this right, everything becomes easier.
I mean, EVERY THING.

Will you have challenges? Absolutely.
Will you have the physical capacity to keep going through challenging times. Hell yeah!

And that’s the biggest difference. The ability to keep that focus, keep that physical capacity to do, what needs to be done.

I don’t know about you, but when I have these 3 things right, I just show up differently. I’m not just on time, but early and prepared. I can get things done much quicker and with more
efficiency than when my sleep is messed up, or haven’t eaten right or haven’t moved properly.

  1. You want a life outside of work
    When you’re rested and well nourished everything that you do just clicks. Things just flow nicely together. But the biggest one is how you perceive yourself. Energised, capable, and confident. And it’s not just you, who feels this. Everyone around you feels the difference.
  2. You want to be a hero at work and achieve great things
    Optimizing sleep, nutrition and movement is the best thing you can do for yourself to accomplish all your business and personal goals as well. We spend the majority of our time at work. Imagine not dreading work, but actually looking forward to complete the next task/meeting/project.

  3. You can experience so much more in life
    When you’re healthy, strong, energized and confident, you can live life to the fullest. At the end of the day, life offers so many amazing experiences. You can only, truly make the most of it, if you’re physically healthy.
